    Thanks for the Reply, Rudy.

    Fortunately, It started working again, so I’ve been using it for a week without an issue and the on-off button is responding again. I will update the support if this problem is back. Thanks!

    well I left it alone for 24 hours and I tried again. It turned on! It worked well, then I switch it off. and it is dead again. I cannot switch it back on. Please help, what is wrong with it?
