To reset the bonding information in your Illuminati Light and Color Meter (model IM100), press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds the LEDs on the meter will start blinking magenta, indicating bonding information has been erased.
Then use the settings menu on your smartphone to navigate to Bluetooth connections. If there is an entry for Illuminati Meter, select it and forget it.
